Grant of $6425 for Royal Australian Signals Association of WA

The Royal Australian Signals Association of WA, located in Pearce, will receive a grant of $6425 through the Building Excellence in Support and Training scheme.
“The grant will provide the Royal Australian Signals Association of WA with a laptop computer, a laser printer, Internet access and a shredder,” according to Member for Pearce Judi Moylan.
Extra money is included for travel and related expenses for Royal Australian Signals Association of WA practitioners to undertake Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (MRCA) work, including education and assistance with claims.
The BEST Program, administered by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, provides support and resources to ex-service practitioners for pension and welfare work to assist veterans and widows/widowers.
